Luke Marion was born in the summer of 1979 above the town of Buladean in a tiny log cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. He spent his childhood in Sante Fe and Taos, New Mexico among Native Americans and hippies. He enjoyed an adolescence and young adulthood amongst musicians, politicos and cowboys in the state capital of Texas, Austin. Luke attended both the University of Texas & Harvard University, studying language and photography abroad in Fukuoka, Japan & Duesseldorf, Germany before graduating. In the years since, he has lived in Los Angeles, New York, and Texas writing screenplays, taking photographs and working in the film industry on the sets of such notable productions as Ridley Scott's American Gangster and Paul Greengrass' The Bourne Ultimatum, along with many, many others.
